As a Client Services Director for DenuoSource you will have a broad set of duties to carry out on a day-to-day basis. At DenuoSource, you are expected work with a highly motivated team in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manages strategic business planning projects that consist of the following: defining scope, outlining timelines, establishing participant's roles and responsibilities, and establishing criteria for success.
  • Exhibits advanced project management skills to ensure timely completion of complex marketing projects.Manages project parameters including timelines, objectives, project scope, and project participants.
  • Communicates to senior management, effectively, in review of weekly deliverables and critical business & thinking questions.
  • Identifies and formally communicates best practices for product offerings, marketing materials and overall business & analytical resources.
  • Informs all appropriate personnel of plans, programs and operations that affect their areas, and encourages feedback from all employees to increase productivity.
  • Audits own performance and recommends own objectives and standards of performance.
  • Maintains an awareness of developments in the merchandising and marketing fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practices.
  • Works effectively in an on-shore/off-shore environment
  • Business Acumen

    • Leads the development of effective strategies and tactics resulting in improved business performance against established client/project goals.
    • Develops timely, innovative, objective analysis that leads to fact-based solutions for the strategic business issues.
    • Leads Business Analysts in completing complex strategic analyses.
    • Contributes in the business acumen training of new Business Analysts.
    • Researches and communicates retail and consumer products industry trends.
    • Visits retail outlets regularly to identify effective category merchandising, pricing and promotional activities and gain an appreciation of retail operations and consumer dynamics.
    • Deep understanding of retail and CPG core business functions (e.g., Marketing, Pricing, Promotions, Assortment & Space optimization)

    Analytic Acumen

    • Leads the development of qualitative and quantitative goals and objectives against which the performance is measured.
    • Challenges current operating procedures and business models in order to improve sales and profits within targeted departments or within targeted merchandising efforts at both department and store levels.
    • Prepares" presentations and aids in the development of communication vehicles to update Purchasing and Store Operations with best of breed merchandising implementations.
    • Leads in the analytical acumen training of new Business Analysts.
    • Communicates the logic behind the data comprising the information/knowledge used in the development of both end deliverables.
    • Develop & incorporate new applications of market basket data to improve sales and profits.
    • Incorporates various analytics from IRI, ACNielsen and other syndicated and third party information into category insights and opportunities and/or develops new applications via IRI/ACNielsen consumer data to improve sales and profits.
